Are you 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10-12 weeks post cesarean birth and have been given the all clear by your care provider? Then come and join in some fun WITH your baby and our welcoming group of mums at Kangatraining North Lakes Mums & Bubs Exercise Classes.
Once you have purchased your first class, Brooke will immediately send you an email confirming your desired day/time, a small list of what to bring, and how to prepare for a smooth and enjoyable first class with your baby.
We can't wait to hear from you and meet you and your little kanga joey!

Health: All participants must pass their post-natal check up with their health professional prior to participating in class. All participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks postpartum if they have had a caesarean.
Participants must disclose all medical and physical conditions relevant to the class to the instructor and notify the instructor of any changes during the program.
Carriers: All baby carriers must be approved by the instructor prior to participating in any class. The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation for any carrier deemed unsuitable for the class. Carriers are available for hire at a minimal cost & are subject to availability.
Facilities: Please respect the studios rules/belongings and leave everything in a tidy manner. Please take all dirty nappies & rubbish off the premises for your own disposal. The studio, Kangatraining & your instructor do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of your property, so please do not bring any valuables with you nor leave them in your car.
Payment: Preferred method of payment is online, cash, or eftpos.
Cancellations: Once payment is received, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations/change of mind. You may sell your class pack to another participant through a private arrangment. Cancellations may be approved in extraordinary circumstances & are at the discretion of the trainer. If approved a $10 administration fee will apply.
